Assalamualaikum Welcome back to my blog in semester five. Today is day one we practic on semester five in the kitchen. Today the first we die was clear the kitchen area. This is done so that we love area in around us and always keep clean and beauty of the kitchen area. The second after we cleaning the kithen area, as id often done is oneline and get morning briefing. Today iam get group two ( prepare Korean food ). After that we oneline back and on three my menu a little diffrent than given because there are some that we have to change. And we discuss and how the distribution system. The first we do is out all item in the freezer for thawing like a fish, prawn and squid. And after that iam start ground ingredient for make a bakso like a fish, prawn and squid. And then we prepare season like a garlic, white paper, fish sauce, sesamed oil, sagu flour, and salt. We mix all ingredient, after that we form like bakso but fried in hot oil.
