In the morning we out all item for today dan we make a fried skewer with stick the peppers, prawn and onion.
After all ready, we make for presentation and for in the show case.
At 10.00 am we open order for guest who have earned voucher. In this saction i get on fried skewer and chicken honey.

Open order now is two waves on 10.00 - 11.30 and 13.00 - 14.30. and after that we general cleaning and break
