Hallo guys
Today is first day in first week after MID test. Today i came in campus at 07.18 am and arrived 07.25. After that we waiting our senior incarge, then we ready to sign in kitchen. After that we do checking all utensil and grooming. After that we oneline in front mini library for checking our knife. After that we waiting chef Aldino we got qa explain from Mr. Faisal Akbar Zaenal about us salt while grilling beef, that salt use while grilling because if use before then sari on beef it out and made a beef hard.
While it we waiting chef Aldino came in kitchen and we get explain about menu rotasi 2.4 ( japanese food) . My group get section maincourse is sushi. We do prepare teriyaki sauce, batayaki sauce, boil octopus and shrimp. I made a teriyaki sauce and i prepare ingredient is kikkoman, mirin, sugar, honey and sesameseed. The first we prepare all ingredient. Second we sangrei sesameseed and after that we boil mirin for tune out alcohol after that we put kikkoman, sugar, honey and the last we put sesameseed.
After that we made a batayaki sauce with ingredient is butter, tokatsu, kikkoman, tomato ketchup and water. The first is clarified butter then we put all ingredient and then we boil. After that we do general cleaning and we break 1 hours and we back to kitchen for watching from chef Aldino. Aftet that we oneline to see chef Aldino for showing how to cut octopus and we pray for back to home.

1. The first prepare all ingredient and we boil mirin and put kikkoman, sugar and honey.
2. Boil and put the sesameseed.
