And then we oneline for checks personal and all tools according to the needs. we after enter the kitchen and we put our bag to the locker. After we put our bag we back oneline in main kitchen for get explain from senior for activity today. and then we waiting chef Aldino to explain about menu breakfast for tuesday and senior ask all about yourself.
08.30 pm we get explain from chef Aldino about menu breakfast tuesday until thursday. And we are separate by little group for prepare all ingredient and tools . After that our senior arrange chef Aldino order. And then we explain how to make soft roll, hard roll, danish, croissant and twist bread. After that we prepare all ingredient and tools in fround of friends and our senior . then we prepare all ingredients and tools for practical today like a soft roll, hard roll, danish, croissant and twist bread.
We make danish with step-step and before we make danish we make custard cream for filling danish. We make danish until ready to bake but we will bake it tommorow. After that we oneline and waited chef Aldino to join with us for explain the good bread product of today. Then we take break for one hours until 16.30 pm and then we back again for general cleaning . After that we general cleaning until 17.30 pm. then we one line for get explain from Mr. Faisal Akbar and we one in fround kitchen to pray and go to home.
