Hello everyone
back on my blog, this time I will discuss my activities for 1 week of training
which this time we held an event to celebrate a traditional culinary festival
held on Thursday, 5 December 2019. In this activity, I was with my friends get
the task to make: roasted konro, banana balls and make white rice.
On the first
day I have to do is make spices to make roasted konro, before that I look for
and return what needs to be done before processing the meat for roasted konro.
After that I helped my friend to do other things. good morning I put out my eye
ribs for roasted konro and made a banana ball which I then stored in the
freezer. well on Wednesday we began to process the meat by way of presto for
1.5 hours to get maximum results. and also I make pickles and make peanut sauce.
On the last day
of the event we come at 05.00 so that the work did not pile up. The first thing
I did was cook less than 7 kg of rice and then start lifting all the tools and
herbs to the hall. after that we started to get ready for the event at 09.00.
This event is the first and last event that we made and so that in the future
we can handle the event and get assignments that we can be responsible for.
