Back again on my blog the first day. Today we are back in practice to make kekinian food and makeapang paranggi from poteng. we have made poteng and black sticky rice tape three days before practice, so on Monday it can be used. For the past two days what we have been doing is making kekinian food and making apang and and for the next two days we are making mille crepes.
On Monday we made pannacota from sticky-tape and made a stick from a pot. Tuesday we made apang paranggi but it didn't work yet and the next day we made it the day before we made fermented and coconut water but it still didn't work.
On Wednesday I was sick so I did not follow my friend to make mille crepes so on Thursday I helped my friend complete the milloro crepes attitude and do the plating and bring to pack ichal.
