Back again on my blog last day. This last day my friend and I made a legit layer again. Like the previous day the making was the same and the steps were the same as that. By mixing sugar, eggs and TBM then add flour and then add butter and rum butter.

After it was cold we showed it to Pak ichal and today the legit layer we made was accepted. After the legit layer is finished, continue to make the fields for pia, namely green beans. To make the filling, it is enough to cook green beans with brown sugar until soft. Then chill and can be ready to use.
For the skin from the pia we make two doughs, 1 soft dough and 1 hard dough. Then to make it, we thin the soft dough, then put in a hard dough, then roll like making a croissant, then add the green bean filling. After that, bake until cooked, don't forget to go back and forth so that the color is evenly distributed
