Hello Guys back on my 13th blog after mid test. Today is the day we only do general claning and prepare for Tuesday, lobster. Today we start general cleaning at 09.30 which is finished before the midday prayer. for the parts of the kitchen that we clean, that is thoroughly from utensil to the floor. I cleaned the working, stove, eksaus and utensil parts of the main kitchen. after that we just waited for the time to go home.
