Hallo guys
Today is the second day in 2 week i make daily activity in the blogger. I want
to tell about activity today. I wake up at 06.00
and i go to campus at 07.30 am and we checking personal grooming and all
utensil tools. and then we enter to the kitchen for put we bag in the locker.
Then we oneline more for get the direction from senior and we first prepare all
tools for doing practical rotasi 1.1 which chef Aldino order. And then we prepare all tools and
ingredients for practical
menu rotasi 1.1
After that we start doing prctical, the first we make
shrimp bisque like a prepare shrimp, shrimp stock, veloute sauce and others. And
then we start for make shrimp bisque, then we waiting shrimp bisque cooked i
help my friends to prepare for make menu rotasi 1.1 and after that my group
prepare for explain in fround lecture about shrimp bisque. Before open
restaurant we prepare all tools for shrimp bisque for garnish.
At
12.00 we open restaurent, we get section soup like a shrimp bisque, after close
restaurant we cleaning area where we work. And then we back oneline in fround
mini library for get material for practical tommorow. I get section apptizer. After
that we start prepare for menu macedoine of vegetables with mayonaise like a
make mayonaise, cut carrot, green beans, green peas and white turnip, after
that we general cleaning and we break
and get snack from senior. After that we oneline again for pray and go to home.
