Back again on my blog on the second day, today we will cook lobsters which will be submitted to lecturers and will get scores and get prizes if they win. for lobster has been removed from the freezer from yesterday so as not to freeze. For today we make garlic rice, seasoning for lobster, hollandaise sauce and bechamel sauce.
For today I make seasonings from garlic powder, onion powder, paprika powder, organo, chicken powder and cumin. For all these ingredients are only directly mixed and then filtered and can be used immediately. After that I helped my friend clean the lobster so it could be directly given seasoning.
After that we start making garlic rice and we do the plating for lobster that has been roast until cooked. After that, we did a food photo session and the results of the pictures could be given to Mr. Jaya. and will be uploaded on the Makassar poltekpar ig account. And Alhamdullilah, my group got the most likes and won in today's competition.
