Hallo guys
Today is second day we practical on the last week before final, i want to tell about my activity in the kitchen. Today i came in campus at 07.25 am and arrived at 07.35 am. arrived in the kitchen we do absorption and then we put the bag in the locker, after that we one line for pray before practical.
Today my group made a dressing for salad is chinese spinach and peanut salad, for ingredent we use a roast garlic, roast ginger, honey, sugar, salt, kikokman and lime juice. After that we made a water lime, we mix all ingredients for dressing, and then we prepared ingredient for menu tomorrow is kho neow ma muahy, we prepared ingredient just glutinous rice, after that we finis and waiting for open restaurant.
At 14.00 open restaurant, my group is section appetizer, so foof the first out is appetizer, at the time of making the salad, dressing for salad out. we made again with ingredient which same. After that my section finis. some places in kitchen cleaned first, after finis we brek adn we waiting time for back to home
