Today is one day was do practical, today i came in campus at 07.30 am and arrived 07.40 am. Today is day prepare day for we to menu rotasi 2.3 . Before we do checking tools and we put bag in the locker. After that we oneline in the cold kitchen and we got explain about menu today. End then we reading small book and we asked about thing we know.
After that we start to prepare menu rotasi 2.3 my group got a saction dessert is banana green. AThe first we prepare banana and we steaming until 20 minutes. After that we prepared for ingredient skin to banana like a flour, sugar, salt, water and food color. The first we put water and flour and sugar, stir until smooth. After that we see senior made a banana green. After that we steaming until 10 minutes.
At the time we were still steaming, we prepared again for skin for banana green, all ingrediant same but for method of cooking is differents, we reduce the water when making it. After that we do general cleaning and then we break for waiting oneline to pray for back to home.
