Hallo guys
Today is the last practical before mid test. I want to tell about my problems that what happened to us while practical. Today iam came in campus fast becauce situation today is good. Today i came in campus at 07.20 am and arrived at 07.30 am , after that i take time to breakfast. At 08.00 am we stand oneline for checking tools and grooming and we put bag in the locker.
While waiting chef Aldino we directly doing practical. Today my group handle soup like a minestrone soup, we take out prepared yesterday after practical. The first we towing stock ( chicken stock) , after that we saute onion and garlic with salad oil ( olive oil) after that we put carrot and we stir until well and then we put tomato sauce and white stock then boil and simmer. While waiting soup that i see my friend in section dessert. And then we next to put ingredient for made a soup like a red beans, white beans, cabbage, mushroom, salt and pepper. After that we boil again and simmer. At 11.00 am we put macaroni, zucchini, salt and pepper.
At 12.00 am open restaurant and i get table manner and there is try food which we made today, it feels good to the main course and there is i get a comment because i not eat appetizer, my reason is in the appetizer there mayonaise. After that i back in the kitchen, we directly general cleaning, and mu section is finish and we oneline for get explain from chef Aldino about storage ingredients food. After that we stand oneline to pray for back to home.
