Hallo guys. Today is last day iam practical in
second week. Today i wanna tell my activity in the campus. As usually i got to
campus at 07.30 am and started activicty in the kitchen at 08.00 that is
attendance, tools and grooming. Today enough mush events which is very draining
energy and mind, because dessert that is bika ambon made my group it’s not good
and must be made again.
The first do with step which is quite the same
like a step production yesterday, but differnce is in the yeast not silenced
but stirred by hand, second not successful but we should made bika ambon the
third time, results is quench and same like a bika ambon before. Step made a
enough difference that is egg mix with sugar until evenly and add taioca flour.
warm the
coconut milk then mixed with the first dough. Today i get task as checker, there
ia m noted all teh food came out and all
ordern from service. but today dessert failed for served becauce much factor but
restaurant open. Today we enjoy all food made by all group in time to break. We
do general cleaning. The last we oneline to pray and back to home.
