Hallo guys
Today is third day iam practical before mid test. Today i want to tell you about my problems that what happened to us while practical. Today iam came in campus a little bit slowly becauce season less supportive. Today iam came in campus at 07.40 arrived 07.50. When i arrived in campus we still waiting our friend. At 08.25 we stand oneline for checking tolls and grooming. And then we put our bag in the locker.
After that we stand oneline again in main kitchen and we explained menu for today like a chicken hawaian, shrimp bisque, beef stew, zucchini ala provencale, baked potatoes, yellow butter cake dan french bread. Today situation practical my group not good becauce we forget to made brown stock yesterday and today we requested by the lecturer to add beef again but in process towing cancelled and changed with mushroom.
After all ingredients ready we do braising methode. Well waiting braising methode we prepared for minestrone soup like a carrot, onion, chop garlic, cabbage and iam made a tomato sauce like a whole tomato, tomato paste, salt and pepper. The first iam saute tomato sauce with olive oil. After that we waiting boiling and simmer again. After that iam help my friend to prepared ingredient for made a hard roll like a hard flour, soft flour, yeast, water, salt, sugar, shortening and egg white. while waiting process made a hard roll we do general cleaning and we break. After that we oneline again for back to home.
