Today is first day in last week before mid test. Today iam come in kampus at 07.30 until 07.40. Before entering the kitchen we do checking tools and grooming. After that we put bag in the locker, we oneline again in main kitchen. while waiting for chef aldino, we get explain from senior about menu practical today and then we get explain from chef Aldino about menu for tomorrow.
Today we get science from chef Aldino about sharpening knife and chef Aldino telling little about life during work. After that we prepared for menu practical tomorrow. my group get section main course like a spaghetti bolognese. Today we prepared boil pasta and sauce bolognese. we get science from chef Aldino about pasta like a boiling put a salt in the water and if pasta is cooked the next day should be rather hard because after removed from the water, pasta still occur cooking.
After that we made sauce bolognese, we prepared like a onion, garlic, tomato paste, whole peeltomato, parsley, carrot and beef wagyu. And then we prepared, we saute garlic, onion, and put oregano after that we put carrot, and then we put beef wagyu and given whole peel tomato and tomato paste and the last we seasoning with salt and white pepper and boil then simmer. After that we do general cleaning and oneline again for get information from Mr. Faizal Akbar and we pray for go to home.
