Today is the third day i make daily activity in the blogger. I want to
tell about activity today. I wake up at 05.30 and i go to campus at
06.30 am and we checking personal grooming and all utensil tools. and
then we enter to the kitchen for put we bag in the locker. Then we
oneline more for get the direction from senior and we first prepare all
tools for doing practical english breakfast which chef Aldino order. And then we prepare all tools and ingredients until we
waiting to open restaurant which we discussed yesterday.
Then we prepare ingredients to make watermelon and melon juice like a fresh watermelon, fresh melon, ice cube, simple syrup, lime and glass for service to guest. end then we waiting chef Aldino. Then we waiting to start practical after prepare and we get
direction from chef Aldino. and then waiting for start practical which prepare . we explain in fround lecture we
open restaurant at 10.00 am and my group get section juice. at 12.00 close restaurant. we prepare for make croissant and danish to breakfast tommorow
End then we
explain in fround lecture. At 10.00 we open restaurant and my group
doing on section watermelon juice and melon juice. Then we close order, we do the
general cleaning before prepare for menu tommorow. Then we waiting all
friends to pray and then we back to the kitchen for prepare. we prepare
for practical tommorow. And then we break and oneline cause senior will
given we snack until wait for oneline again for get information from Mr.
Faisal Akbar and we pray for go to home.
